An open invitation has been issued for a special memorial event celebrating the life of Robert Davies on what would have been his 70th birthday.
The event, titled Memories of Robert, will take place on Friday 3rd July 2026 at 12pm in the Sovereign Suite at the Croud Meadow Stadium, home of Shrewsbury Town FC, located on Oteley Road in Shrewsbury.
Family members Mary, Liz and Sue are inviting friends, relatives and members of the community to come together to remember Robert and celebrate his life.
The gathering will provide an opportunity for attendees to share memories and reflect on Robert’s life and legacy on the date he would have turned 70.
The event will also include fundraising in support of Shropshire Rural Support and James' Place.
